Just got hold of this laptop - i5 12450, RTX 4050, 144Hz display - but I'm unable to locate it anywhere on the Medion website, either by MSN, model name or MD number. I've not tried serial number but presumably... I just want to register the device, check warranty, download any BIOS updates/drivers etc but at present cant do any of it. Windows Update is fine and Im up to date in that respect. Tried to log a support call with Medion to no avail - completed the webform and it just span around doing nothing 😞
