Deputy 15 P1 Crashing

Hello,

 

My Deputy 15 P1 is crashing when 5 mins into all games

-arena breakout

-delta force

 

so so annoying, how do i fix this?

 

W11 all up to date and same with NVidia graphics😡

didnt move off 1% so had to restart with power button.

Search the error above and did all the below;

How to troubleshoot and fix the error
Run a System File Checker (SFC) scan: This built-in Windows tool can detect and repair corrupted system files. 
 

Open Command Prompt as an administrator. 

 

Type sfc /scannow and press Enter. 

 

Update device drivers: Ensure all your drivers are up to date, especially for your graphics card, network, and hard disk controllers. Check for memory issues: Run the Windows Memory Diagnostic tool to check your RAM for errors. Check your hard drive for errors: Open Command Prompt as an administrator and run the command chkdsk /f /r. 

 
 
 

 

 And then crashed again when playing this morning:

that´s not very good to hear, but I´m now wondering if you already also performed a test with the medion diagnostics app, which can be downloaded here.

 

After doing the test we might receive some more details of the problem.
