I have some info on the laptop if this helps. I'm not very clued up on this sorta thing so anything anyone could tell me would be a big help, Cheers!

Hi @JK1994 and welcome to the FORUM!

Are you planning to perform board level upgrades?

Is your unit still in warranty?

Regards,
Gehringer

Hello,

thank you for your reply.

I would like to upgrade the CPU however, i'm not sure if I would then need to upgrade the board in order to do this?

The laptop was purchased November 2019 so I am not sure if the warranty is still valid (it was a present) how long do your warranties typically last? I can always find out order details if needed.

Cheers.

Hi @JK1994 ,

the CPU is integrated to the board so you will likely have to replace the MB of the unit in order to upgrade it.

Our units' warranty varies but it is normally either 2 or 3 years.

Gehringer

Hello,

Thank you for the information, would it be possible to give me a list of boards upgrades that would fit in my laptop casing or give me the details to go and source a board myself?

Thanks!

Hi @JK1994 ,

unfortunately, we can't recommend any board different than the original one for our products.

Regards,

Gehringer
