My MEDION X40 SW (MD 20040) robot vacuum cleaner reports error S5, what can I do?

Often, we start having troubles with our vacuum cleaner - error s5: rolling brush error. We have cleaned all 3 brushes and their joins, but the error still occurs. Also, we have reseted and overloaded it, after cleaning.

as you have already tried cleaning the brushes, we cannot rule out a technical defect in the robot vacuum. Therefore, please contact your local MEDION service department directly to discuss the next steps or/and open up a service case.
If you´re in need of further assistance we of course can try to provide it.
