Medion MD 37187 water feeding E1 error

Hello happy people. I need help, please. My machine Medion MD 37187, runs the cycle for 40 minutes, and then shows an E1 error and signs for no water. I have read that it is because no water is being detected during the water-filling process. The machine fills with water the first time, but after the pump drops water out for the first time after 40 minutes, the second time it cannot fill it up. I have checked the aqua stop connector and nothing is obstructing it. All seems to be in order from the water inlet side. Could it be aqua stop or other pressure valve or something else? Do you have any idea? Thanks i advance for any brainstorming. Cheers
