Apologies if I am in the wrong area but I have an old  desktop machine that is failing to load and I am struggling to find assistance ..

First off - my MSN No.  is 20054901      so cannot formally register ..?..?..

and that prevents me searching community for heklp .

Can I get a phone number for Medion Service in the UK to check if they can help ???

Any assistance much appreciated ...

OK - Sorry - more research reveals  0333 3213106 as customer service ...

I'll try them tomorrow ...

The MSN is from the housing and not from the computer.

Look for an MSN 100xxxxx or item number on the back or under the computer.
