Problem signing on to the Forum

Hello

I joined the forum recently, and for some reason I'm unable to get my credentials accepted. The only way I can do so is by requesting a new password every time I sign on. When I then try to use this to sign on again at some later time, it tells me that the details are not authentic, even though they were accepted one time after the new password was requested.

Also when I amended the password, and this was reported as successful, I tested it and it worked, but when I tried to sign in the following day, it told me the details weren't authentic again!

It definitely isn't due to mistyping, as I tried several times, including displaying the entered password when the icon came up to allow this.

I don't understand what's gong on ??  Can anyone help?

Hi @bigman1974,

please verify in your internet options if you have allowed the browser to accept cookies.

If so, please clean cache and cookies before asking for a new password.

Also, try allowing the browser to save/memorize this password so it will be auto-completed next time you login.
