Hi.
Just bought a motherboard and it gives 3 short beeps because ram error. It works with only when there is ram on slot 2 but when there is ram in slot 1 it doesn't show video and beeps.I have tried cleaning the DIM spot but doesn't seem to help. Ram sticks are not the problem neither.
What can I try to solve my problem?

Thanks for nothing. I have told multiple times that ram modules are not the problem. There is something wrong with the motherboard. I won't be buying a medion device ever again or will i use this forum where the admin or whatever can't even read. Insane Chinese garbage sold from Germany. Bye!

Thanks for the bios. Would be more helpful if your team could make a website where you could download these without asking a million quoestion. Thanks!

You are getting quite insulting. I can read. Second I am not a Medion employee. As I said before, I am just aUser like you. Just a bit better informed.
Except for this, your english is not very clear, often the references are set wongly. Grammar is mixed up and hard to understand.,
If a module functions in one memory slot, but not in the other, most probably there is a defect in the memory slot, which is not bios dependant. Or it is a wrong modul, or it is defective itself. A newer Bios will not cure this. You will see after flashing.
And if you do not stop to be aggressiv or insulting, you might get a warning from the admins.
