MS 7728 Ver.2 USB ports Issue

Hi everyone, my problem is that both of my front USB ports aren't working.

I assume that the two ports on the motherboard are either disabled or need to be enabled somehow, because when I connect the USB cables to the rear panel using a USB extension cable, the front USB ports work.

you should  name the PC and also tell us its MSN number, an eight digit number, mostly beginning with 100. ....  

Otherwise we can not identify it.
