I have a MEDION AKOYA P62005 (MD 34221) NL  PC.

MB product number: MB ECS B360H4-EM DDR4 S1151

Does the MB support installation of NVMe SSD harddisk? If so, where is the connector?

Yes  PCIe M.2 port next to the RAM slots, vertically orientated

Specs:  PCIe M.2 SSD  2280 M-key
