Hello!
Im planning to build mini PC and i was looking for slim motherboard. Ive found interesting model ECS H81H3-TI, but there are not much usefull information about it. There is no this model in a list on ECS website, so no specification. In this thread https://community.medion.com/t5/Desktop-PC-All-In-One/ECS-H81H3-TI/td-p/58726 people have discovered that this motherboard was installed into MEDION AKOYA P2021 D AIO pc, but still no information i need.
I know that this AIO goes with 150W AC adapter but no information about CPU tbp max support (will i7 with 65w tdp work on this motherboard?).
It seems motherboard has MXM slot. Looks like 3.0 or 3.1. A or B type and max tdp support still unknown. As unknown GPU support list (will any MXM 3 gpu work?).
I hope someone here can help me with my questions.
With respect
Nicolay

UPD
MXM slot works as PCI-e 2.0 x16 (not surprised cause H81 chipset). Its Power limit is at least 75w. I did tests with Quadro k610m (~30w) and Gtx 970m (~75w) . After few days of butthurt I made them work with furmark. The biggest trouble is to find compatible vbios, cause windows doesn't recognize original, which came with graphics cards (empty fields in GPU-Z and code 43 in device manager). I had to unlock system bios, and after few dozens of vbios reflashings and I found sort of compatible ones.
Now I can force graphics cards work with Furmark. But Optimus doesnt work, I think cause of incompatible drivers ("you are not currently using a display attached to an NVIDIA GPU"). May be cause of incompatible optimus module in system bios.
PS as said here https://community.medion.com/t5/FAQs/BIOS-updates-concerning-the-Meltdown-Spectre-vulnerability-for/... there is another system bios version for my motherboard. Hope someone could tell me when it will be avalible?

Hello @gnomKOLIN
why are you making life so hard for you? A current Mainbaoard does not cost the world? You've been working on it for months. I would like to have your nerves

Hello @Raymond!
Cause this is very unique and interesting platform!
Have you ever seen desktop board with MXM? I know only few of them: ZRT 11812, ASRock Z110M-STX (270 and 370), ZOTAC EN1070 (970-1080), Gigabyte BRIX. Clevo and MSI laptop's motherboards, and a lot of noname oem AIO motherboards like one I got!
To be honest total time I'm working on this motherboard is not much, most of time I've been looking for information (and still doing it), so my nerves are not as strong as you say 😃

Hello @gnomKOLIN
There are a few ways to make things. If you are satisfied, do your thing with the ECS H81H3-TI

Hello @Raymond
He-he, You got me! 😄
Indeed I have plans to build a desktop computer in laptop formfactor (with LCD, battery and other features).
Main problem right now is to make dGpu (gtx 970m) work with board's optimus. Cause at this moment I can load dGpu only if I disable Intel HD in device manager (but still not in all apps). Nvidia control panel tells me that my screen is not connected to nvidia gpu. If I change display priority in bios from Switchable Graphics to Pci-e I'm getting black screen (windows loads succesfull as I can see). May be cause wrong VBIOS, may be cause wrong drivers. May be if I connect lvds LCD as primary display - it will work fine cause MXM card has lvds tracks.

Hello @gnomKOLIN
Wish you nice Easter holidays and much success in your project.
But I still think that an adapter would be the better solution for gaming
