B360H4-EM BIOS CURRENT VERSION DOESN'T WORK

Hello, I have a PC with the B360H4-EM motherboard. It currently has the firmware version 115 from 2019. Which I have read it causes an issue similar to mine. My PC freezes from time to time even when doing nothing that could stress the hardware (being idle). I have replaced what I thought was the hardware causing the issue but it's still happening. I would kindly appreciate it if someone could send me an updated version of my motherboard's firmware, since this one doesn't work properly on my computer.
