My PC has just died with a pop and on closer inspection the power supply is dead. Something caused the fuse in the plug to blow so I am not sure if there is a fault with the PC. Have changed the plug fuse and power is getting to the supply but nothing coming out so I know that is an issue but don't want to waste to much in case the PC is also fried.
Can't find an original FSP unit and all others seem to be lower amps as well as the fact of not knowing if it will be the correct plug for machine. Does anyone know where I can get a suitable replacement or where they sell used ones? Based in the UK if that helps.
Thanks

Hello @Alondonboy ,
are you looking for a power supply with the designation FSP135_ASN1 19V-7.1A and the manufacturer's part number MSN 40030878.
For example, from China: https://lader-laptop.com/de/ladegeraete-netzteile/6926-FSP-FSP135-ASAN1-40030878-AC-Adapter-Charger-...
Or are you looking for a used power supply or a used PC?
In Germany, for example, you can get a complete used computer AIO P4020D for €25.
Unfortunately, it's only available for pickup.

WOW!! a PC for 25 Euros?? I'd definitely snap one up as a spare. Love the machines but constant issues with mine. Where would pickup be from?
It's just the power supply I'm after as I have just cut off the lead and rigged up something with an old laptop supply I had and the PC tries to start. Only tried it briefly as supply is 20v and didn't want to risk causing any more issues but I now know machine works so can invest in whats needed.
Thanks for the link and swift response. I had found a couple but they're all out of stock so this should do nicely.

Shame it's not convenient. I'm usually in Maastricht at the start of the year and had it been nearer I may have been able to collect.

Hi @Alondonboy
Why not politely ask if he's willing to deliver for €60 with prepayment? That's how much the power supply would cost you from China.
That would be a win-win situation.
(The device no longer has a hard drive.)

It's definitely worth it cost wise but with the risk of it getting damaged and language barrier I think it would be too much trouble. I've a friend that side of Germany, I'll have a word with them and see if they can come up with an idea.
