Audio drivers for my laptop

Hello.

I own a Medion Erazer X6815. My FN button is working perfectly fine, however, the only time it doesn't work is when I want to change the volume. When I press FN + F11 nothing happens. I wanted to download drivers from your website but I couldn't find ones that are compatible with windows 10. Can you please help?
