LCT 22002 Cooling system

Hi,

I recently acquired a custom laptop and chose to add the liquid cooling option. It's a LCT22002 (user manual from Medion here ). I got an update from the control centre mentioned in the manual, and since then I can't use it anymore, the control centre displays "OSD only" ettor message. The cooling system itself cannot just be paired with the computer, everytime I try to connect it disconnects after a few seconds, and it only worked with the previous version of the control centre, which is not available anymore.

Furthermore, the medion control centre currently available on the windows store only works with the most recent cooling systems. So I'm stuck with a water cooling that doesn't cool anything ...

Anyway to get it to work properly or to get the previous version of the application?

Please provide the MSN number for the MD60961 water cooling system.

The computer's MSN number is also relevant.

And do you know the version number of the previous control center?
