Control Center Bugging out

Hello Everyone

I installed the Medion Control Center directly from the drivers page, But

It does not start automatically with Windows.

This happened after i re installed windows, But previously it showed in the tray menu.

Also it is stuck on Quite mode and the software doesn't allow me to switch

Run the Control Center from the Windows Start menu "Control Center 3.0"

(click All apps if you don’t see the icon) or use the Fn + Esc key combination
