Bios Update link broken from a whole year Medion?

Hello, evryone I hope at least someone could explain why Medion deny us from this Update, well at least me?
There is an MS 7849 REV 2 Update for my PC, and the link is broken from a Whole year.
Could someone give it to me?

How did you get to that link, it seems to me that a BIOS update should not be listed under "Handbuch"? What is the MSN number for your PC? 

Also, please keep in mind that this is a Community for users to help eachother, in this case you might be better off contacting Medion directly.
