Twonky Server Zugang

Hallo Weiss jemand wo ich den Zugangscode in der Software finden kann. Offensichtlich hat Twonky  Versionen Upgrade gemacht und empfiehlt die alte Software zu löschen und die neue Version einzuspielen. Speziell wird bemerkt. dass der Zugangsschlüssel wieder eingegeben werden muss. sofern man denn diesen findet 🙂

Hallo In der Zwischenzeit konnte ich mit Twonky Leuten reden und folgende Antwort habe ich direkt von denen bekolmmen.

Sounds like you received your Twonky license embedded/preinstalled with your NAS device. If this is the case and you didn't receive a Twonky Key with your device (it should had came with the manual or attached to a CD with the Twonky software), then there is no way that you can extract the license from the installation or obtain a license replacement for an upgrade. This because in most cases like yours, the preinstalled Twonky is deployed with the firmware and the only way to get a newer Twonky is by installing a newest firmware that contains a newer/licensed Twonky version.

I'm sorry for not having more or better information for you. I've searched in our documentation and ticketing support history and could not found anything related to Twonky installations in Medion NAS devices.

Hallo @Petrus.

Deine genannte Nummer hat nur 7 Stellen.

　

Ich habe mich aber parallel einmal in der Fachabteilung informiert. Twonky 8 können wir nicht anbieten. Die aktuellste zur Verfügung stehende Firmware ist die 1.01(UZD.4) mit Twonky 7.0.9. Also selbst wenn du mir jetzt die korrekte MSN nennen würdest, könnte ich nicht mehr anbieten. Ein "Zugangscode" ist uns nicht bekannt. Sorry, hier kann ich leider nicht helfen.
