Das Problem ist gelöst: die Linux-basierte Rettungs-CD von AOMEI unterstützt kein UEFI-Boot. Man muss stattdessen eine WIN-PE basierte Rettungs-CD erstellen mit UEFI-Unterstützung. Danach hat man ohne jegliche Änderungen im BIOS (d.h. nach wie vor SecureBoot = ENABLED usw.) folgende Möglichkeiten: a). Aus Windows heraus vor PC-Neustart die SHIFT-Taste gedrückt lassen - danach erscheint ein Sondermenü u.a. zur Auswahl des nächsten Bootmediums (d.h. Boot-CD muss hier schon im LW liegen). b). Falls PC nicht mehr startet: beim Hochlaufen F8 gedrückt lassen - so kommt man in das Boot-Manager-Menü mit Auswahl CD (falls bereits im LW) und Windows Standard Boot. Wie bereits erwähnt klappt alles mit obiger AOMEI Backupper Rettungs-CD, aber auch z.B. mit der von ACRONIS True Image 2016, die schneller als AOMEI lädt, aber initial ein eher für 3 Zoll Bildschirme geeignetes Mini-Auswahl-Menü bereitstellt. Der ACRONIS-Folgesreen für Backup/Recovery ist dann aber wie gewohnt.
