@Fishtown    This is what is so strange. I have only ever downloaded the wifi driver as its not included in windows iso, and i need it to complete the installation. This is the ONLY download i have made from Medion. Everything else is found by WU.  Nothing else, not even the smallest zip, conf file, uefi update or even a wallpaper. As soon as windows update installs all available updates and i reboot, control center is there. Is this a hidden feature in UEFI somewhere or jidden in one of the drivers that are installed by WU? ... View more

So where does it come from? I removed everything when i repartitioned the entire HDD and reinstalled windows with a clean ISO. It sure came and KEEPS coming from somewhere, unsolicited and without being able to remove it. ... View more

Apologies if i write in affect, but i'm genuinely being ticked off here. I recently bought an E30i and i keep having the control panel app shoved down my throat. I have performed a complete format & repartition of the SSD and clean installation with ISO file from microsoft. This should be so much more then enough to get rid of preinstalled software you think i need.   A couple of windows updates later, this crap is back again. I have gone through services.msc and msconfig to disable any potentially related services and keep from reinstalling it. It doesnt show under controlpanel or settings with installed software. It forces itself down my throat with no possibility to uninstall. And with every reboot, it also reattaches itself to my taskbar.    Please advice how to get rid of this malware. ... View more
