So a couple of days ago, i was checking out the service app from medion. And i found out that it had almost been 15 days since they started looking into my device.. because it was not booting, power led came on touchpad light for a sec, after 15/20sec it turned off so i sent it to Medion to ask if they know what is going on and since the laptop broke on me within a year of use i expected some better communications. I dont know if its being fixed i have no idea whats going to happen since i haven't received any mails since 19 january... does someone know why medion removes the service order from your profile without telling you about it?
