It happened again today, after giving it ample time my mouse stopped lagging, but my computer actions were still visually slow. Typing with sound effects had the sounds happen in realtime, just on the monitor it didn't catch up. Had to full reboot to "fix". So far I've also reseated my RAM, checked my windows for corrupted files and ran repairs on any that were, but the issue keeps happening.
