Based on MEDION web page for notebook users of model E15433 can be able to use two monitors (the second one by USB-C) connected to it at the same time. In facts from FAQ in Italian we have: that translated it is: Can I connect my laptop to a monitor? An ergonomic sitting position is important for your health when sitting for long periods of time. With a second screen at your desk, you can always sit upright, especially when working from home, and have a better overview of your projects. Thanks to USB-C, you don't even need a separate port to connect your laptop to a screen. Considering I'd like to use such E15433 with two external 24' monitors (extending Windows desktop on both monitors), I connected a first monitor to the HDMI output and a second one to the USB-C port using a good working HDMI>USB-C adapter (it is the well known Display Port Alternate Mode for USB ports available on most of notebooks in the market for many years) Unfortunately it doesn't work (with a related Windows notice), it may be for a missing driver or need to enable it in the bios or a firmware bug or... Did you ever try to use two external monitors on your E1543x Akoya notebook serie? MEDION team, please can you clarify this functionaly you declare on your web site for E15433 / MD62727 and similar laptops? Best regards
