Hi everyone, I’m posting here because I’m having a serious issue with my MEDION Erazer Deputy P60i and I’d like some advice. A few days ago, while I was studying for my exams, the laptop suddenly made a strange electrical buzzing noise and then shut down. Since then, it won’t turn on at all. Some details: Bought in January 2025 Purchased from Cdiscount (France) I currently live in Algeria I still have the original purchase invoice On Cdiscount, the laptop is sold with a 2-year warranty, so I’m wondering if it’s possible to send it back to France for repair, even though I’m no longer living there. Just to be fully transparent: I took it to a repair shop, where they opened the laptop once to clean the heatsink and reapply thermal paste. Nothing else was modified or damaged. So my questions are: Has anyone already returned a MEDION laptop from outside France / the EU? Does opening the laptop for cleaning usually void the warranty with MEDION? Hello, I bought the Deputy P60i in February, and I’m starting to regret it because of the lack of updates and the constant hassle of finding drivers, as if it were a PC from ten years ago. The Control Center keeps deactivating after Windows updates and is clearly not optimized, which makes managing performance and fans really frustrating. Has anyone here managed to stabilize the Control Center and get everything working properly? I would really appreciate any tips or solutions. For a PC released so recently, this is very disappointing. We deserve regular updates, a stable and optimized Control Center, and a PC that actually works as advertised.
