You can't open the control center ? You can't change neither your power setings nor your fan settings ? When you press caps locks the icon doesn't appear anymore on the screen ? Or have you some troubles whiche could be related to the control software ?   Well the issues may comes from the control center software and as I managed to resolve my issues with it, here is how I troubleshot with steps : 1. You gonna uninstall your control center by pressing windows button, searching it and clicking on uninstall (or by going in application settings and doing same). 2. Go on the medion support web site, you will see a search bar asking for an ID. 3.Look bellow your computer or search its code on internet (for example, my pc is a deputy P30 and bellow is written "Deputy-P30-MD62473" which mean that my code is MD62473). 4. Copy this code on the search bar and then find your computer's official page. 5.Go in the software section and search for something in which there is "control center". 6. If you can't find it, go on the Britain medion support web site and find your laptop page again (sometime the control center software can't be found on your country website and this was the case for the belgian website). 7. download the control center software and install it by unzipping its file and launching the setup application. 8. Congratulation, there is a chance for your issues to be solved !
