Hello. I have a problem with my Medion laptop. The fan of this laptop works at maximum speed after 3-10 seconds of startup. I cleaned the radiator of the cooling system and replaced the thermal paste on the processor. I also reinstalled Windows and programs, and checked the processor load. The processor load in idle is 5-10%, the temperature is 40-45 ° C. Nothing helped to fix the problem. If I reboot the laptop and go to BIOS, the fan continues to work at maximum speed.
