Hello, I'm an IT support technician, saying that I have tried all the mentioned steps, but without luck. What is lucky, though, is that it's still covered by warranty - I'm saying this, because it has begun to blue screen while running Star Wars Battlefront 2, which it normally runs. My friend has a Medion Deputy P50 with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Laptop GPU, which meets the minimum requirements for Red Dead Redemption 2 and should therefore run it fine, but it doesn't. Why? I haven't been allowed to help him much, but I ensured that his Nvidia drivers are up to date and he can run a game like Star Wars Battlefront 2 without problems.
