Hello, so it's not always constant fullspeed. On a normal use like streaming netflix & amazon video it's silent. You can hear fans are on, but without any excess bearing sounds, those come on when i play game as mentioned.  And when i do stop playing and go back to streaming any media that sound still stays but it's clear to say it increases and decreases with speed of the fans. Only time when i don't hear it is when fans are on max. Which is understandable as they have high RPM. And unfortunately i don't think my laptop is under warranty as it's been once that i had to send it to Medion for a repair as screen on my first laptop was faulty and i've recevied new laptop as the faulty according to Medion was unrepairable.
