Hello dear reader!   I have been recently getting hard freezes on my desktop (Akoya P5301 J/C461). It freezes completly and I can't do alt + f4, and have to force restart with the power button. I know this is not good but there is no other way to restart it. I check muttiple things including: no overheating, removed dust, updated windows (windows 11), update nvidia drivers, checked the crash report only thing that comes out is:  The Intel(R) Rapid Storage Technology service terminated unexpectedly. This has now happened once. Maybe It could be fixed if I update my bios, it's now 7 years old. If so could you help me find the BIOS update (Can't find it),  My motherboard is medion H110H4-EM2, MSN: 10021716, and on the sticker of pc it says ML-110000 Model: PC MT 14 Type: MED MT 8207N.
