Good afternoon, Medion Community, I am here to ask for assistance because every time I try to submit a form, I get an error. A CS Representative attempted to submit one for me but stated that there is a technical problem and it does not work. I sent an email too to webshop@medion.com but I still do not have an answer. Thus, my problem is that, after a year of ownership, I am experiencing the following problems with my 50" STV MD30606 X15040 EU 23: -TV freezes , mostly the apps, -Video becomes pixalated, -When I try to go to the app store, by pressing the Medion button on the TV controller or by using the home button and pressing Medion, a black screen with white stripes appears and nothing else can be done, -If I turn off the TV and turn it on, even after waiting several minutes, nothing fixes it and everything stays the same. -The software became very slow all the time. -TV image flickers, -The remote lags with the TV, -HDMI connection some time fails with the Fire Cube from Amazon; even when I swap cables, after some time the screen goes green. When I try to screen my phone, S24, on the TV, there is an almost 1 m lag between them. The distance between my router (5 GHz) and TV is less than 1.5 metres, and the TV indicates a strong connection. I used my phone, which has a hotspot, and the same issues occurred. The sound works properly even when the image does not; the same issue that I face with the image occurs inside Medion TV software. I bought the Fire TV Cube to see if I could fix it, but the issues persist. Thank you in advance, everyone. Muxco
