Hi Kennie,   If you're trying to transfer music to your Medion smartphone, make sure you've enabled file transfer mode when connecting it to your PC. By default, your phone might connect in charging mode—so after plugging it in, swipe down the notification panel, tap the USB options, and select "Media Device (MTP)." Don’t worry if your phone returns to the home screen after this—that’s expected, as the transfer will take place on your computer.   Once MTP is enabled, go to "This PC" on your Windows computer, find your phone listed there, and then drag and drop your Spotify Premium music files into the right folder on your device.
