Hi kennie, If you're trying to download music to your Medion smartphone, the key is enabling file transfer mode when connecting to your PC. When you plug in the phone, it may default to charging mode—you need to swipe down from the top, tap the notification, and select "Media Device (MTP)" for file transfer. If your screen goes back to the home screen after selecting MTP, that's normal—the transfer process happens on your PC, not on your phone.
