Tbf it's my first experience with them, I've normally been able to diagnose / fix my laptops myself. I only went to them as they had good reviews and to give them credit they didn't try and sell me anything. Might still try experimenting and replacing the powerboard but will use the current condition as an excuse to treat myself to an upgrade first. 😉
