Hey everyone 👋 Hope you're doing well ^^ I recently had a W11 suggested update "CLEVO - System - 6.0.91.1" on my Erazer E50 (clevo is the manufacturer of the barebone PC branded and modified by Medion). I don't have the choice but to install this update, even though I am running Windows 11 Pro. The issue is that ever since this update came out (rolled out by Clevo around August 2024, but only available for me since a few days), my control center won't give me its GUI (graphical interface). The control center in itself is well operating (I can switch mode, language from the daemon GUI), as shown in the below screenshot. However, when I want to open the main GUI, either with Fn + Esc combination or from the daemon GUI, the GUI will not appear at all, or will sometimes boot itself (the icon shows off in the taskbar) ; but only to close itself milliseconds later. I highly suspect the 6.0.91.1 to be the issue here, as I looked up on the internet and saw quite a few people reporting it. Moreover, I tried changing back the control center to its base forme provided by Medion ; and the main GUI will show up as long as this update will not be installed. Do you have any clues and tips on that? Thanks in advance ! 😀
