Hi I have bought two Medion Erazer Scout E20 laptops and they both have the same problem. When the laptops are left alone for long enough or the lid has been closed so the pc goes to sleep, it only shows a black screen when pressing the power button or opening the lid again. I have to press and hold the power button to force the pc to shutdown and then boot the pc up again losing whatever was going on before the pc fell asleep. Any suggestions to fix this is appreciated.
