Hallöchen. Ich habe nun schon mein zweites Problem mit meinem Medion Akoya E6416 (ich denk mal, dass das die Nummer von ihm ist) und weiß echt nicht mehr, was ich tun soll. Ich will nicht wieder ewig warten, bis es aus der Reperatur zurückkommt, und möchte gern den PC hierbehalten, weil ich momentan schulisch und arbeitsmäßig darauf angewiesen bin. Ich habe an Halloween (also vor 5-6 Tagen) das erste Mal das Problem gehabt, dass der Laptop zwar startet, aber nicht durchbootet, sondern nach kurzer bis längerer Zeit (kommt immer drauf an) einfach in einen bluescreen geschalten hat, der mir sagte, dass Notizen gemacht werden und danach versucht wird neuzustarten. Die Anzeige blitzte aber immer nur kurz auf, bis der PC neustartete, sodass die Anzeige nach nicht einmal einer Minute wieder kam. Das einzige, was ich machen konnte, war ins Bios gelangen, was jedoch auch nicht sonderlich viel brachte, weil alles, was ich gemacht habe, nicht beachtet wurde. Die Recovery-CD brachte auch nichts, weil diese auch nicht durch das Boot-System kam. Zum Glück hatte ich noch eine Linux-Installations-CD von meinem Dad hier, welche als einzige angenommen wurde, wodurch ich wenigstens irgendwas an meinem PC machen konnte. Jetzt habe ich alle meine Daten gesichert, was schonmal ein Pluspunkt gegenüber dem ersten Fall von PC-Ausfall ist, aber Linux ist für mich als mittlerweile eingefleischte Windows-Nutzerin eben nicht wirklich das gelbe vom Ei. Vorgestern habe ich mir darüber aber Win10 runtergeladen und auf eine DVD gebrannt, in der Hoffnung. dass diese Win8 repariert und vielleicht ersetzt und dadurch die Fehler behoben werden. Dadurch wurde aber nur ersichtlich, welcher Fehler vorgefallen ist: ACPI_Bios_Error. Das sagt mir jetzt nicht sonderlich viel. Und irgendwie funktioniert ja Linux auch noch, also wie könnte es im Bios liegen? Ich bin extremst verwirrt.... Bitte helft mir, ich bin am verzweifeln... Ich will meinen PC nicht wieder einschicken müssen, weil momentan ist die Zeit, in der ich ihn wirklich extrem brauche... LG und danke schonmal für die Hilfe Moisl
