I have the same problem, I bought my Erazer Crawler e30 summer 2023 and the same problem keeps occuring, the remedy (in my case) was to Clear CMOS to reset BIOS settings, the Laptop starts working again but it happens a lot and it is becoming increasingly more annoying (as currently I am not in europe and cannot contact medion support). ...
