@skotlanti    As Major_TOM already mentioned the chosen GTX 1650 needs an extra portion power which it gets through a 6-pin yellow-black powercable.   But your  Fortron FSP250-50MDN hasn't got such an extra cable. It provides 250 W in total. Which should be sufficient, except the missing extra 6-pin cable.    So the graphic card (and performance) depends on the 75 Watt the PCIe x16 slot provides. Maybe you should keep in mind to get a stronger PSU (Power Supply Unit) which utilizes the full power the GTX 1650 can offer; to give your son more fun with the better graphic.   Cheers, daddle ...
