Dear Medion, I have a MEDION AKOYA P8306 D ES PC, with MSN: 1001 5595, PC System 7988 ES, with Serial Number: ob0013016, the BIOS version is E7741MLN.106.ROM, but there is a more modern version, E7741MLN.108.ROM, but I have not been lucky enough to find them on the Internet, the PC freezes and I have to turn it off with the power button to be able to restart it and when I enter the BIOS it does not let me exit, I have to turn it off and on again with the button, which is why I am begging in the forums that some charitable soul take pity on me and send me a link where I can find the BIOS, since you do not have it in the link where the other drivers for this PC are, I am aware that the PC is many years old, but for what I need it is more than enough, I also have I am writing to the administrators and users of this forum to tell them that I am very old and I find it difficult to write and translate into a language that is not my own, so please help me solve this problem. PC friert ein: BIOS-Update nötig Hallo liebe Leser! Schließlich ist bei meinem Desktop-PC (Akoya P8306 D) der Absturz aufgetreten. Es friert komplett ein und ich kann Alt+F4 nicht drücken und muss mit dem Netzschalter einen Neustart erzwingen. Denn das ist zwar nicht gut, aber es gibt keine andere Möglichkeit der Genesung. Ich überprüfe verschiedene Dinge, darunter: keine Hitze, Staub entfernt, Windows aktualisiert, Grafiktreiber aktualisiert, kann aber keine Lösung finden. Manchmal kann die Lösung mit meinem BIOS aktualisiert werden. Últimamente he estado sufriendo de bloqueos en mi PC de escritorio (Akoya P8306D). El dispositivo se congela por completo y no puedo usar alt+f4. Tengo que forzar el reinicio del dispositivo usando el botón de encendido. Sé que esto no es bueno, pero no hay otra forma de restablecerlo. Revisé varias cosas, entre ellas: no hay sobrecalentamiento, eliminé el polvo, actualicé Windows, actualicé los controladores de gráficos, pero no puedo encontrar la solución. Tal vez se pueda solucionar si actualizo mi BIOS. ¿Puede ayudarme a encontrar la actualización del BIOS (no puedo encontrarla)? Mi placa base es MSI-MS 7741, MSN: 10015595, número de serie: ob0013016.
