HI. Can anyone help me. I upgraded my Medion Erazer P66881, MSN 30022544 from 8 to 16 gb Ram by installing a new 8Gb ram stick into the free slot but the bios still shows it as having only 8 Gb Ram. I switched the 2 ram sticks around but, again, bios shows only 8 Gb Ram. I used the correct Ram as per the Crucial.com website. Any ideas ???
