Hello thanks for the response. There is a powder delivery symbol as well as a lightning bolt next to the charging port so i’m not sure if this is any help?

Hello, I hope you are well! Thank you so much for your response, however I had used a usb c charger to charge my laptop and it does not charge and consistently stays at 0. Is there anyway to fix this? Thank you again!

Hello, My university recently gave me a Medion Akoya E15301 MD 62033 AMD Ryzen 7-3700U 8GB 512GB SSD and I have no clue what charger to use as I’ve lost the original charger. I tried to use a Usb C charger as there is a port for it and it manages to turn on but the power stays at 0. Please help me find a solution as i’m not very tech savvy. Thank you so much for any help you can give me!
