Hello, My university recently gave me a Medion Akoya E15301 MD 62033 AMD Ryzen 7-3700U 8GB 512GB SSD and I have no clue what charger to use as I’ve lost the original charger. I tried to use a Usb C charger as there is a port for it and it manages to turn on but the power stays at 0. Please help me find a solution as i’m not very tech savvy.
