I’ve called the helpline and spoke to an agent that didn’t have a clue what I was taking about and was advised to reinstall windows 🤦♂️ tried to explain the situation with the bios and was told to email my problem to the Medion help desk that was 6 days ago, felt like the call centre was totally incompetent and inexperienced.

hi there did you get this problem solved ? im also looking to up date the bios im currently on 101mg but there is no info to inform me if my current bios supports 13th gen intel CPUs thanks in advance.
