Hi, I have a Medion Erazer PC. I believe it is the engineer Pro p10 x31. It is the i7 12700 with the 3060ti running Windows 11. The pc will freeze quite often. The pc has the gigabyte B660M DS3H Motherboard. I've updated all the drivers etc with no luck in resolving the problem. The bios is showing a 100, how do I update the bios to the latest version as the gigabyte firmware cannot be installed.
