Hi @Ethan_848, Sorry for the language change but German is not my native language and I don't speak that very well, but I got intrigued by this post since I have the exact same issue and wonder if you got any progress in solving it?   Story: My issue also started this month on the 10th of June while I also have this laptop for around 1.5 years. When I was uploading some files (on a Linux Distribution) to an Azure Storage Account it suddenly began to rev up the fans to the max. While closing everything it did not stop. Booting into the BIOS let to the same revving of the fans which i found strange. When rebooting in Windows I got faced with all kind of graphical artifacts, eg flickering display, weird artifacts in the screen and indeed not graphical power available at all. There was an Intel Arc Driver update available which also contained a firmware update for the graphical card. Which helped restoring some of the functionality, but when I have prolonged (>1h) gaming sessions, I still face the occasional graphics drops to very low numbers, while before this issue it was completely stable. I wonder if there are more people that face this as well and if there mitigations available or if a repair is the only option... ... View more

Hallo Diminin,   Ik weet niet of het ondertussen al gelukt is? Maar je dient de schroeven uit de bodemplaat te verwijderen en dan met een plectrum o.i.d. (ik gebruikte een 15mm breede tiewrap) tussen de scheiding van bodemplaat en chassis schuiven. Zodat langzaam de clipjes die de bodemplaat vasthouden losgaan.   Het voelt misschien eng, maar je kan redelijk (dus wel met finesse) wat kracht uitoefenen. ... View more

Slaan ze snel aan? Of maken ze echt herrie als ze draaien?   In het eerste geval zou je Throttlestop kunnen gebruiken. (Hopelijk werkt dat met je 10th gen intel processor).   In het tweede geval kan je inderdaad de laptop open maken en schoonmaken of contact opnemen met de helpdesk. ... View more

@EastClintwood, er zijn geen problemen op dit moment gelukkig. Echter vind ik de instelmogelijkheden van de bios wel zeer beperkt van wat ik gewent ben. ( Eg: DRAM snelheid instellen, discrete graphics card only, USB configuratie, etc...)   Ik was ook op zoek naar een manier om voltage control vrij te geven. Ik weet dat Intel dit sinds de 12de serie wat lastiger heeft gemaakt op de 'normale' H series, maar had de hoop dat Medion hiervoor een bypass had gemaakt 😌.   In ieder geval bedankt voor je antwoord en ik houd de windows update in de gaten! ...
