Hi @Fishtown , I have just had the same issue happen again around two years later after not having it for a while. I mistakenly plugged it into an extension lead which I think can cause these chargers to fry and now I am without a charger for my laptop. I would just buy another but the link you sent previously is now invalid. I went to find a new link and came up with this: https://www.medion.com/medionserviceshop/en/p/housing-medion-erazer-beast-x30--md-62454--uk-30033991 but the adapter is not available. The website instead suggests I should buy this adapter: https://www.medion.com/medionserviceshop/en/p/mains-adapter-mains-adapter-external-w-o-msn-40071501-40084324 But I do not think this will work with my laptop. So I have three questions. 1. Can I buy the suggested charger for my laptop (Beast X30) 2. If not how can I request that they restock the laptop charger? 3. Do you know of any other sellers of this charger? Please help me 🙏 Thanks in advance.
