Hallo! Ich habe mir einen neuen Erazer zugelegt (Windows 11, i5-12400 2,5GHZ / MB ECS B660H7-M20 / 2x 8 GB DDR4-SDRAM / NVidia GTX 1650) Von Anfang an gab es Knacker im Ton und seit Tagen versuche herauszufinden woran es liegen kann und was ich dagegen tun kann. Hat von euch jemand noch Ideen? Das Problem: Wenn ich über den Computer Ton abspiele kommen in unregelmäßigen Knackgeräusche, ähnlich einem alten Plattenspieler. Zusätzlich gibt es sobald ich bei meinem Verstärker auf den Input vom Computer umschalte ein starkes, dumpfes Pop Geräusch in den Lautsprechern. Nichts davon gab es auf meinem alten Computer, der an derselben Anlage angeschlossen war. Was ich bisher probiert habe: Software: Unterschiedliche Wiedergabesoftware (iTunes, Cubase, VLC, Spotify) Alle Updates installiert alle Enhancements oder Extras im Soundtreiber deaktiviert Gerät im Gerätemanager entfernt und neu gestartet Verschiedene Sampling Raten ausprobiert Windows Problemlösung (kann nichts finden) Medion Diagnose Tool (alles Bestens) Latency Checker Tool (zeigt kein Problem) Hardware: Anschlüsse auf der Vorderseite und Rückseite Unterschiedliche Wiedergabegeräte (Verstärker, Kopfhörer) unterschiedliche Stereokabel, auch mit Überspannungsschutz Alle anderen Anschlüsse entfernt, auch aus der Steckdose Reststromentladung durchgeführt wie sie in der Medion Diagnose beschrieben wird Im BIOS habe ich nichts getan. Ich denke das sollte nicht notwendig sein bei einem neuen Computer (?) Der Medion Support ist leider überlastet und mir fällt nichts mehr ein, habt ihr noch irgendwelche Ideen woran es liegen könnte?
