Hi Fishtown,   Thanks for your response. In the end the old M.2 was stuck to the little sticky thermal block at the bottom. However, your comment did give me assurance that I could just lift it up without braking it. I had to hold the block while lifting the SSD and eventually it came off. Thanks! ... Meer weergeven

Hello @NexxOne_, and welcome to the community.   Higher temperatures will occur and the airflow of your cooling system will become more important. I cannot give a precise recommendation on your exact equipment.   To be sure, I would compare the corresponding temperatures at your maximum load before and after the exchange.   Greetings, EastClintwood ... EDIT:  Is there a certain TDP that this motherboard, made by medion, supports or will it support 125w with the right cooler? I've read different things about all modern motherboards supporting this, but also people saying each motherboard only supports up till a certain TDP ... Meer weergeven
