Dear @EastClintwood    Tried all your steps, my bad luck as I had to end up with same result as before.   Picture still looks decolored or distorted. HDMI, Wireless Display from my Android Phone, Medion internal browser based videos and YouTube app videos give same distorted picture as result (same as my earlier shared screenprint).   I know TV been bought by my house owner earlier this year.
