@Nailyk I do not know why. I am not sitting in front of your PC and can not do different tests. And I do not have all the technical data of the different old and new modules. As I said, it could be a problem of the chip organization (bigger chip size), also the higher MHz rate; but that is a just a small possibility. I would set the Bios to Defaults (Restore to defaults), and leave it there. daddle
