yeah, I've read quite a few on reddit had major slowdowns after enabling it with those motherboards so I gave up on the idea. I've got 3 years warranty on this so will weigh up whether it's worth invalidating the warranty or not to upgrade. Thanks for the info Andy

My RAM is coming in at the correct speed but I'm with you on resizable bar. I can't find a vbios upgrade for this card and have had no luck with the motherboard settings. Quite frustrating for such a popular card.
